How often does the data exchange run?+

Stock and prices can update on a schedule (for example, every 15 minutes) or on an event. We agree the schedule around your needs.

Will the integration work with my store platform?+

We work with popular platforms and custom-built stores. During the audit we check the API and exchange options before fixing a price.

Is VAT included in the price?+

The prices shown are excluding VAT. We add VAT at 21% on the invoice in line with Latvian law.

How can I pay for the service?+

We accept Stripe, Montonio, Klix (Citadele) and Swedbank/SEB bank links, as well as bank transfer by invoice.

Do you provide support after launch?+

Yes. We offer maintenance and support so the exchange keeps running smoothly even as your product range or warehouses change.
